Custom Plaque Order Form
Help raise funds for the Mineral Belt Trail upkeep and other trail projects by ordering your customized plaque to be installed on one of our Mineral Belt shelters.
This is a wonderful way to show an individual or family support for the trail or memorialize a family member, friend, or pet that loved the trail.
The plaques will be made out of weather hardy aluminum.
Order turnaround is approximately 3-4 weeks.
